Dale is a dedicated tech enthusiast with a passion for navigating the ever-changing landscape of Business Technology. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Dale has cultivated a wealth of knowledge and expertise, establishing him as a trusted resource for his clients and associates.

Dale began his career shortly after graduating from Robert Morris University, leveraging his fluency in Spanish to work as a helpdesk representative supporting several Fortune 500 companies. His role and responsibilities quickly evolved, leading him to become a Program Manager for the US, Canada, and Latin America. In this capacity, he provided operational and project support for organizations including GE, Motorola, Caterpillar, and US Steel.

Having been with IT360 for more than a decade, Dale’s love for technology and people shines through his advocacy and forward-looking ideas, ensuring that companies remain focused on their core purpose.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Dale believes that “It takes a village.” He actively serves as a member of Rotary, where he has had the privilege to lead and participate in many service projects that positively impact the community and region. When not working, Dale enjoys travel and outdoor adventures with his wife and two children. He also loves coaching youth league baseball and soccer, and he has a faithful chocolate lab named Sailor.
