IT360 is pleased to announce that twolong-standing employees, Tim Gazza and Todd Thousand, have been promoted to executive roles.
Tim Gazza is promoted to Vice President of Operations
Tim, who joined the IT360 team in November of 2007 as a Systems Engineer, quickly proved himself as a key member of the technical team, becoming the go-to person for technical guidanceand providing Tier 3 support on larger,more complex projects.
In his new role as Vice President of Operations, Tim will oversee the day-to-day operations of the helpdesk technicians and systems engineers. He will continue to develop our process improvement activities and the training programs for our technical employees.
Todd Thousand is promoted to Vice President of Development
Todd joined the IT360 team through acquisition of his company, Dynamic Technology Solutions, in July of 2008. Bringing years of technical experience to the table, Todd first joined the company as a Systems Engineer and was later transitioned into the sales team as the Technical Account Manager.
As Vice President of Development, Todd will oversee IT360’s new business development and enhance our customer service efforts. He will continue to develop the technical reviews with our clients and provide training and career development for the sales team.
